About Choices Gluten Free

Choices Gluten Free is a family business that is wholly Australian owned and run.  

As our own families have various dietary requirements including Coeliac disease, anaphylaxis, allergies and intolerances, we really do understand what it is like for others in the same situation.  We are passionate about providing a choice of high quality products to both our retail customers and all levels of the foodservice industry and, where possible, we source our ingredients within Australia.

We only produce gluten & wheat free products. Therefore, our premises are dedicated to a gluten & wheat free environment to ensure ‘ZERO’ cross contamination.  Our staff fully understand the necessity to maintain a ‘safe’ environment for our customers.

Choices Gluten Free also caters for people with multiple allergies.

To support this, a wide range of our gourmet products are also free from dairy, egg, nut, soy, sesame and corn.  A wide range of our products are also made with low FODMAP ingredients.  

All our products are GM free and baked fresh daily to our own unique recipes.

No artificial colouring, preservatives or flavourings are added to our products.

We are HACCP approved.  In addition, a wide range of our products are endorsed by Coeliac Australia - look for the endorsement logo displayed with these products.
